is a more cost effective way to reach your
customers. By sending out emails you will get a faster response
instead of
mailing a newsletter.

My company does not have any email addresses and how can I get
them?
Most companies start with no email addresses. We provide you with
a turn key solution to get you started. Our customer support staff
will help you implement the program and will even meet with your
staff to go over the program and explain how to be effective in
getting email addresses. We can also provide you with information
to put on your website so people can join your opt-in e-mail list
when visiting your website.

Who does the email come from?
Your company name is in the from address and you also get to write
the email subject line.

Will my customers get emails that can’t
be read, because they cannot receive HTML email?
No, we create HTML and text emails, which are sent out to your
database. Our system is able to tell what type of email your customer’s
email browser can handle so they get the right type of email every
time.

Am I locked into a template with only
one picture and coupon? Does everyone’s email look that
same?
We custom create a header and footer for your email with your logo.
Those stay the same because we want people to connect that look
to your business just like your logo. But you can change the body
of the email monthly.

Do I have to send my email out on the same day each month?
You can send your email out on any day, at anytime you want each
month as long as it’s approved by you.

Can my email be passed along to friends and family?
With our system there’s a “Refer A Friend” feature
that people who get the email can it pass to someone else. And
then that person is asked if they want to join your opt-in e-mail
list.

I have some old email addresses and I’m
not sure if those email addresses are still open?
Our system will manage soft and hard bounces for your database.
Your database is always kept clean with our system.

Can I get a copy of my database at anytime or do I need to pay
for it?
You can get a copy of your database at any time and you do not
need to pay for it. It’s your personal database that you
collected and we manage.

Do you share my information with other companies?
No, your information will be kept confidential and will not be
sold or given to any third party.

What is the difference between HTML and text emails?
HTML email has graphics along with the ability to change font type
and size. Text email does not have graphics or the ability to change
font type and size; just plain text.

Who owns the email addresses?
You own the email addresses. We do not make you buy your database
back.

How secure is your back up?
We back up your database in our office, have a 3rd party also back
up your database and then another 3rd party also back up your database.

How long of a commitment do I need to make?
We recommend at least one year minimum. The longer you do the program
the more cost effective the program gets for you since you are
collecting more email addresses each month.

How many times can I email my members?
You can email your members as often as you need to. If you need
to email your members on a weekly basis, we can do it for you.
Please ask for special pricing.

Can my members reply to the email? If so, where does that email
go?
Your members can reply to the email by just hitting the reply button
or clicking on the e-mail link on the bottom of your email.
